Last week I had the pleasure of photographing an event at the Ritz-Carlton in San Franciso. What a beautiful hotel, and their catering was amazing–such fresh, yummy food! The event was a group of hard-working, inspiring nurses with the Integrated Nurse Leadership Program, a program of The Center for the Health Professions through UCSF, and sponsored by the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation. The event was a graduation of sorts and a celebration of all of the nurse leaders’ work over the last 18 months focusing on reducing medication errors in seven Bay Area hospitals.

I love working with these groups, and The Center for the Health Professions does some fantastic, important work. And they’re so much fun to work with! I’m also excited as I’m off today to photograph another conference in Boston. Post coming soon!
